Frustration slows down a company. Frustrated employees work less efficiently and are less engaged. In the worst-case scenario, they sabotage—consciously or unconsciously—the goals of the company and the corporate community.

This is reason enough to take action against frustration. Although there can be rational and objective reasons for frustration, such as overwork, emotional components always play a role; therefore, emotions must always be integrated into the solution. Often, the focus is on becoming aware of emotional processes, as much of the behavior related to frustration among employees occurs unconsciously.

The workshop is aimed at the company’s executives, as their attitude has a significant impact on all employees within the organization.

Tools Used

Emotional Assessment

At the beginning, the “emotional status” is assessed. This means examining where problems lie, how employees deal or do not deal with them, and which processes already exist within the company and are readily utilized.

During this clarification process, emotional processes often come to light that have previously only occurred unconsciously. Even without immediate measures being taken, this awareness often brings about change and resolution in itself.

Tools for Emotional Resolution

Frustration is often backed by emotions such as anger, disappointment, or self-destructive forces. Individual participants are given the opportunity to analyze these processes. By analysis, we do not mean a rational explanation, but rather a better understanding of the emotional process. This leads to the realization of how the emotional processes that result in anger and frustration in a specific situation are linked to the internal processes of the person concerned. This insight offers the individual the opportunity to progress in their internal process. Consequently, the same external circumstances or situations no longer trigger the same reaction.

Tools for Energetic Resolution

A completely different approach is to support workshop participants in the areas of mental health and balance. Through self-treatment, group meditation, and mutual or group treatment, participants experience strengthening and a sense of connection.
